The men of Unit 56 completed their first week of training. This week included the men’s first PT test, three days of Catalyst training, and the start of their Land Navigation training.
The Unit’s Senior Drill Sergeant, briefs the men on their first Physical Fitness test. This test includes 2 minutes of Push-ups, 2 minutes of Sit-ups, and a 2 mile run. Each man must complete and pass this test by the end of Basic Training with a minimum score of 42 Push-ups, 52 Sit-ups, and a 15:54 2 mile run time.
