The spring ALERT Missions Course is underway! The students are being immersed in the vast world of the missionary endeavor through teaching and discussions about various aspects of missionary life and work. Each day, they are deepening their understanding of the greatest responsibility on earth!

In late April, the Missions class will have the opportunity to experience missionary ministry by traveling to Malawi, Africa.

This unique opportunity will provide students with a two-level exposure experience. Partnering with Finding the Few Ministries, they will participate in a service project while continuing their Missions course training.

The students will help mix cement for the floors of the “Kingdom Building Centre,” which will serve as a future hub for a church-planting ministry. They will also continue the missionary training sessions they have been receiving at ALERT, alongside African students in the newly developed Missionary Training Program in Malawi.

Imagine… ALERT students training African students, both learning the same material! It is going to be quite an experience. 

The working, classroom, and cooking conditions will be on the rough side, but the cross-cultural interaction promises to be impactful in the lives of these young men

This class includes Emilian Banman, Paul Beard, James Holmes, and Samuel Michaelis. Their Unit Leader is Micah Dankers, and Jeff Ryder is the instructor.
