When an emergency happens or lives are at stake, will you be ready? ALERT’s EMT program takes students through a focused course on pre-hospital emergency care that includes clinical training in the emergency room and on an ambulance. In addition, practical scenarios throughout the course simulate the experience of working in the field and help prepare students for a career in emergency medicine. Even if you do not plan to work as an EMT, the knowledge and skills that you learn in this class are invaluable, and may even save a life.

Certifications
Upon completion of this course, you’ll be eligible for testing and certification by the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, allowing you to work as an EMT anywhere in the country.
