Student Refunds

If funds are remaining on a student’s account at the end of training or an early withdrawal from training occurs, a refund will be calculated based on the following factors:

Refunds for Remaining Funds: All funds remaining on a student’s account after all tuition & fees have been paid will be refunded.

Refunds for Early Withdrawal:

  • The $200 Confirmation/Registration Deposit is not refundable
  • A $135 Out-Processing Fee will be charged for early withdrawal for any reason other than medical discharge
  • Room & Board refunds are given only for full weeks remaining. Partial weeks will not be refunded.
  • Gear Rental refunds are given only for full weeks remaining. Partial weeks will not be refunded.  
  • Tuition fees are not refundable
  • Program fees are not refundable
  • Scholarships and discounts are not refundable or transferable
  • If a student is behind in payments, a bill for the remaining balance will be sent

Refund checks will be processed within 3 weeks of the completion of training or the early withdrawal date. Please indicate where a refund check should be mailed and what percentage of the refund should go to that individual.
