Sign Up for 2nd or 3rd Phase
Transportation
ALERT provides transportation to and from the Dallas airports. We only require that you schedule your transportation needs around our predetermined dates and times, and submit the Transportation Form at least 14 days in advance of your arrival or departure.
Please check all details before booking your flight to ensure they fit within the required parameters.
If your travel arrangements are not within these parameters, you are responsible to find your own transportation to/from the airport.

Time Parameters
ALERT only makes airport pick-up/drop-offs within the following time parameters:
Arrival: Must be scheduled before 2:00 PM
Departure: Must be scheduled after 12:00 Noon
Personal Transportation
If you are planning to arrive or depart via personal transportation:
BASIC TRAINING:
Arrival: Arrive on campus no later than 4:00 PM
Departure: Departure may be scheduled for any time after the Advancement Ceremony.
BATTALION:
Arrival: Arrive on campus no later than 4:00 PM
Departure: Departure may be scheduled AFTER 5:00 PM the day training ends.
