I am writing this email from the LAX airport as I travel down to Chiapas, Mexico with the Missions class. We are looking forward to this opportunity to minister alongside a local pastor and a US based missionary doing youth and children’s ministry and street evangelism. We should arrive in Chiapas late tonight, and will be returning to Big Sandy on the 14th. This kind of international trip is a first for most of the team, and is both an exciting opportunity and a big challenge.

Please pray for maturity and focus for each man on the trip (myself, SFC Isaac Nelson, Spc. Nathaniel Batten, RFC Jared Hendrich, Rsp. Timothy Kagin, RFC Brandon Lowman, Rsp. Eli Lowman, and Rsp. Owen McMaster), wisdom for myself and the other leaders, opportunities to be a blessing to our hosts, and boldness and the ability to communicate the gospel well through our translators.
