The Greek word for “Gospel” is euangelion, which can be translated as “good news.” It is because of this good news that we are passionate about sharing and studying the Gospel here at ALERT. The more I dig into the Word of God with the guys and see the good news transforming my life, the more humbled I am that God made a way for me to be reconciled through Christ. The excitement I see in a guy’s eyes as he understands more intimately what Christ has done for him makes all the long hours and challenging situations worth it! This week, may you cherish the good news of the Gospel even more than before.
