Our alumni are hands down the most effective recruiters for ALERT. The majority of men in training each year are recruited by our alumni network. To help you do this, we want to make it easy for you to share your experiences at ALERT. And as a way to say thank you, we will send you a $100 referral bonus for each student who finishes Basic Training that you recruited.

• $100 for each accepted student! (If multiple men are listed, the $100 will be split between all the alumni listed.)
• There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can get.
• Alumni who refer 3 or more students within one calendar year will receive a special gift.

1. Talk to a friend who might benefit from ALERT.
2. When that friend fills out the application, he needs to enter your name in the “How did you hear about ALERT?” field.
3. Once the friend starts Basic Training, your referral check will be processed within 14 days.
