ALERT’s Fire Academy, in partnership with a local college, offers a fire course accredited by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.
Through a combination of classroom training and hands-on skills practice, students will learn all that they need in order to sit for the Texas State Firefighter Basic Exam and then apply for the applicable IFSAC Seals. These seals are internationally recognized and do not expire, allowing graduates to apply for fire fiighting jobs in most US states and Canada.

Certifications
As part of the course, students sit for the Texas State Firefighter Basic Exam. You can also apply for four IFSAC Seals:
